By recycling, we’re keeping things out of the trash and giving them another life.

At Bornature, we want to live in a way that will help both the Earth and everyone to become a better place. Repurposing Vintage Textiles

One of the most fun ways we recycle old fabrics is when we use vintage ones: (vintage fabrics are considered special because they are at least 20 years old.) We love working with these vintage fabrics because each one is unique with its own story and character. Repurpose vintage fabrics – this keeps history alive and celebrates the past.

At Bornature we use vintage fabric to create new products such as bags, apparel and home decor. For instance, we would take an old tablecloth and transform it into a trendy tote bag that you can carry when you go shopping. Or vintage curtains to make a nice pillowcase for your couch. Breathing new life into vintage fabrics is not only creative, but it’s a fun way to see these old materials get a second shot with quality that is sustainable!
